Thank you for shopping at Canter & Couture. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. 

All of our products are made to order and some are personalized items. Because of this we cannot offer returns or refunds/exchanges of sizes or design unless your item arrives damaged. We try to strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction so please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order!

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong item or damaged item. If any of these apply, please reach out to us at (email) with photos of wrong/damaged item and we'll sort that out for you as soon as possible.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Cancellations

All orders are processed within 24 hours after an order is placed. Once your order have been sent to our production partner, it's no longer possible for us to cancel. 

Please understand we're only a two person team so when you insist on cancelling your order or demanding a refund, that means we have to pay from our own pocket. Our products are made to order and some are personalized and in most cases that means we can't resell the item.

Exchanges

At this time we don't offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size we recommend using our size charts and comparing it to a similar item you already have.

Though rare, it's possible an item was mislabeled. If so, please contact us at (email) with photos of the mislabeled item and we'll send you a  new one or issue you a refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
